LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Ameriflex Engineering LLC dba River Hawk Boats warrants to the original
purchaser that the hull of your new River Hawk Boat will be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal consumer use and service for the life of
the boat. This warranty applied to all aluminum components of the boat. River
Hawk Boats’ floorboard materials are warranted (1) year to the original
purchaser to be free from delimitation. If you purchase or use your River Hawk
Boat outside the lower 48 states, or for commercial use this warranty applies for
a period of ten (10) years at the designate prorates.For personal uses the warranty is Ten year limited: 5 years 100%; 6, 7 and 8 years 50%; 9 and 10 years 30% cost of repairs. If your River Hawk Boat is placed in commercial service this warranty applies for five - (5) year limited: 1st and 2nd year 100%, 3rd year 50%, 4th and 5th year 30%. The prorated portion of an eligible warranty repair is based on the date that the problem is communicated to the dealer in writing, or of the day when the boat enters the dealer and/or River Hawk Boats for repairs, or the date determined by the dealer (Subject to River Hawk Boats approval). All River Hawk Boat paint and finish are warranted for one (1) years from the date of issued Manufacture Certificate of Origin MSO or purchase, if the boat receives normal non-commercial use and not moored for an extended period of time. If you moor your boat for 4-5 days or more, approved marine bottom paint should be applied for the portion of the boat below water line and zinc anodes must installed on the boat all warranty claims on paint will be determined by River Hawk Boats. River Hawk Boats obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange, at River Hawk Boats expense, of any defective workmanship at the River Hawk Boats factory, or other pre-authorized repair facility, upon the pre-approval River Hawk Boats. Purchaser shall be required to assume the cost of transporting of boat to and from an approved repair facility of factory. This warranty does not apply to damage occurring during transportation or launching of the boat, or damages resulting from intentional or negligent accidents, alterations, abuse or misuse. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. This warranty does not apply to engines, jets, propellers, controls, gauges, spotlights, battery charger, generators, radios and sound systems, TV/VCR & DVD player, radar, GPS, VHF radios, appliances or items that carry their own separate warranties. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our boats.
